As a leading figure in Perceptual Control Theory (PCT) supporting school culture and climate, a Pedagogical Coach (PreK to grade 12,) a Visual Strategists and a Process & Facilitation Expert, Shelley has worked with schools, businesses and not-for-profit agencies on a regional, state, national, and international basis. For over thirty years, Shelley has provided consultation and ongoing facilitation to over seventy school and business improvement teams on reporting and implementation of grant writing. Shelley has authored and co-authored several books based on neuroscience, well-being, personal development, school improvement and education.  She is a mother and grandmother, and sees herself as an igniter of possibilities.
