Over the past 40 years Robert has been a creative professional focused on the combination of effective design solutions and marketing strategies. He is also dedicated to quality visual arts education. In 1982, Robert cut his teeth on graphic design working in the Publications Office at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst somehow winning a bunch of CASE and UCDA awards for his work. Over the next 25 years he worked as art director and senior designer in various ad agencies and designs firms and as a freelance designer for several years. In 2011, he returned to the world of education as creative director at Burlington College and for the last seven years as director of marketing and design at St. Johnsbury Academy.
