Kirstin Eismin is the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Springer School and Center, a small private school in Cincinnati, OH, that specializes in teaching children with learning disabilities. For the past 13 years at Springer, she has overseen all fundraising efforts, marketing, alum relations, communications, admissions, and outreach for Springer. Kirstin also provides strategic direction and oversight for all outward-facing projects. In addition, she works closely with the President, senior leadership, and the Board of Trustees to advance the institution’s mission and vision. While at Springer, Kirstin has led a successful $19 million capital campaign, which exceeded its goal by $4 million and increased annual giving by 275%. She has also held leadership roles at several other nonprofits, including the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati, OH, and Lafayette, IN. In her free time, she enjoys making jewelry, being outside, and spending time with her family.
