Kate Auger-Campbell is the Founder of The Bridgeworks Group and an independent school enrollment strategist with more than 20 years of experience working with and in independent schools. She partners with Heads of School, boards, and leadership teams to build clear, aligned, and sustainable enrollment strategies that strengthen schools and support long-term success.
Kate has worked with schools and organizations across the United States and Canada, bringing experience from independent schools, professional associations, and education technology. Before founding The Bridgeworks Group, she held admission and enrollment leadership roles in independent schools and later expanded her work nationally, supporting schools across every aspect of enrollment strategy, marketing, and institutional planning.
A frequent speaker on enrollment strategy, marketing, and school leadership, Kate is known for helping schools ask better questions, align institutional decision-making, and create systems that support healthy, sustainable enrollment. She holds a B.A. in English Language & Literature from Southern New Hampshire University and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Enrollment Management from the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education.
