Registration for the Brand Together Conference includes admission to all sessions, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and additional refreshments), and events. Click here to register.

Group Discounts:

Schools with more than one attendee will receive a discounted rate for each additional attendee. Individuals from separate schools may not register as a group in order to receive the discount. Please register yourself as “Lead Attendee” and each additional colleague attending as a “Team Member.”

Travel and Accommodations:

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs. However, we have reserved a block of rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence at a discounted rate for your convenience. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible. The room rate of $179/night is guaranteed available through Tuesday October 24, 2025. Hotel is located just minutes from the conference.

This year we were able to secure group discounts at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. We strongly recommend booking as early as you can. Room rates are $179/night and is guaranteed available through Tuesday October 24, 2025.

Cancellations Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by e-mail no later than November 1, 2025. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after November 1, 2025 tuition is not refundable; however, the space may be transferred to another member of the school’s staff. If the Brand Together Conference is cancelled due to Covid-19 concerns or other unrelated concerns, Peapod Design will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.
